Welcome! I'm Jenn Lore London, a New York native who has called Washington home for more than a decade. I am currently a Senior Vice President with Edelman Digital, where I lead the Washington office's digital strategic planning offering and support editorial programs for Fortune 100 corporations, NGOs and associations.

My team serves as the bridge between insights + analytics and our creative department, serving as both right brain and left brain for the Washington digital practice's 90+ staff.My passion is helping clients evolve their communications programs into modern newsrooms, becoming proactive, creative storytellers who are not only responsive to breaking news, but who make news of their own. 

I developed Edelman’s first Creative Newsroom for public affairs, managing a team sourced from digital, creative, technology, media and e-mail marketing.  We develop original narratives told through visual content, but clicking “publish” is only half the job. We ensure that each piece of content is delivered to existing audiences through social media and e-mail marketing, and that our content is thoughtfully packaged and promoted to allow new people to find it—though paid media, media relations and influencer engagement.

Put simply, we help our clients think and operate like a thriving, digitally savvy media company.

My work has contributed to multiple award wins and nominations including a Silver Anvil for Public Affairs and a PRSA Bronze Anvil Award of Commendation for Blogger Campaigns. While our work is not public, my creative newsroom team received a 2014 internal award for quality, awarded to a team that continuously strives for quality in all aspects of their responsibilities.

I earned my bachelor's degree in marketing from the George Washington University School of Business and have worked for Edelman ever since, beginning as an intern in 2007. I currently live in Cleveland Park with my husband and enjoy photography (which you can check out here), design and skipping yoga class.

  • Translate client business goals into clear communications objectives
  • Collaborate with researchers and analysts to design custom research frameworks to assemble information needed to inform strategy 
  • Interpret and draw insightful conclusions from disparate data sets – including behavioral, purchase, ethnographic and demographic data
  • Humanize the brand/issue experience and perceptions through an deep understanding of the attributes, behaviors, motivations and aspirations of the target audiences.
  • Translate audience and brand insights into clear and workable strategies that solve problems and deliver a competitive advantage 
  • Deliver inspiring creative briefs that evoke an emotional response and stand up to rigorous questioning
  • Evaluate creative through a strategic lens, and deliver those evaluations constructively and collaboratively.
